Upon graduating from Veterinary School at Texas A & M University, Dr. Boutros completed an internship in large animal medicine and surgery and a 3-year equine surgical residency at the Ontario Veterinary College. Prior to opening the Waller Equine Hospital, Dr. Boutros worked at Murdoch University in Australia and at Texas A & M as the large animal surgery lecturer and emergency surgeon. Dr. Boutros is originally from Houston.
Robin Dabareiner Robin Dabareiner, DVM, PhD

Dr. Dabareiner graduated from Minnesota in 1998 and completed her PhD and DACVS surgical residency program at Marion DuPont Equine Medical center in Leesburg, VA. Dr. Dabareiner was an equine lameness clinician at Texas A&M University for 17 years prior to beginning her career with us. During her tenure at the university, Dr. Dabareiner was intensely involved in research of many of the cutting edge medications and therapies currently in use to treat lameness. She is also a frequent speaker at the most highly regarded continuing education meetings every year where she has spoken on challenging topics such as lameness originating from the neck and back. While working up a lameness, the owner is a prominent part of Dr. Dabareinerís team. As a result, she is exceptionally good at treating lameness while also meeting the needs of the horse owner.She has a strong interest in joint and tendon issues, the poor performing horse, and neck and back pain. In her spare time Dr. Dabareiner enjoys team roping. 
Jenni   Schroeder Jenni D. Schroeder, DVM

Dr. Schroeder is a native of Katy, Texas. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, Dr. Schroeder completed an internship in equine medicine and surgery at Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery (ESMS), a large surgical referral/racetrack practice in Weatherford, TX. Dr. Schroeder remained on staff (ESMS) for one year after completing the internship. She also worked at several racetracks including Ruidoso Downs, Lone Star Park and Manor Downs. Dr. Schroeder has been with the Waller Equine Hospital since 2004. Her interests include medicine, reproduction, preventative care, and mare and foal care.
Bonner Baldwin Bonner Baldwin, DVM

Dr. Baldwin grew up in the Houston area riding and competing in the local hunter/jumper circuit. She did her undergraduate work at Texas A&M University and rode successfully on their Womens' Equestrian Team for two years. After receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree also from Texas A&M University, she went on to complete an internship at the renowned Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, Kentucky. She began working with with Waller Equine in 2007. Outside of work, Dr. Baldwin enjoys working with her own horses as well as breeding and showing Bernese Mountain Dogs.
Caren  Chellgren Caren Chellgren, DVM

Caren Chellgren was born and raised in Kansas and attended Kansas State University for undergraduate studies and veterinary school. Her love for animals started at age 7 when she started taking horse-back riding lessons. She competed English and Western pleasure before being introduced to 3-day eventing. She successfully competed her Thoroughbred/Hanoverian mare, Ginger, training level for 9 years. She now has a Thoroughbred/Clydesdale mare named Bree who she hopes to train and compete soon. She also has 2 dogs, Chico and Dara, and a cat named Robert. Although she enjoys all aspects of the equine practice, she is especially interested in surgery, lameness, podiatry and dentistry. 

Erica Beadle Erica Beadle, DVM

Erice Beadle grew up in Dallas and attended Texas A&M University for undergraduate studies and veterinary school. She started riding at the age of 8 and competed in eventing. She also worked for a riding instructor in Dallas during Junior High and High School. She currently has a Welsh cob/cross gelding, Patrick, who is her retired competition horse, but hopes to one day get a young horse to start competing again. Her interests include acupuncture, lameness, medicine, and preventative care.
